Our History

Established in 2006, Haven of Hope Sister Annie Skau Holistic Care Centre (SASHCC) is a non-profit, self-financing nursing home. Upholding the spirit of “Respecting Life.Impacting Life” of Sister Annie Skau, founder of Haven of Hope Christian Service, the Centre provides holistic care integrating medical, nursing, rehabilitation and spiritual care services to the frail elderly, chronically ill and late-stage cancer patients. In 2014, Holistic Care Centre was merged with Haven of Hope Nursing Home and was renamed as “Haven of Hope Sister Annie Skau Holistic Care Centre”. Today, SASHCC has developed to two blocks, Wah Wing Block and Sister Annie Skau Block, with a total of 100 beds.

Since its inception in 2006, with our trans-disciplinary health care team, comprehensive facilities and tranquil environment, more than 2,600 patients and their families members had benefited from the quality service and many of them were also able to come to or renew their faith in Christ, finding peace and hope in their last journeys on earth.
