With our trans-disciplinary health care team, comprehensive facilities and tranquil environment, we strive to work hand in hand with our residents and their families to “Embrace the Last Journey with Love”, bringing comfort, dignity and peace to our residents in face of physical illness or even death.
Haven of Hope Sister Annie Skau Holistic Care Centre (SASHCC) has 100 beds. It is purposely designed to provide holistic care for the frail elders, chronically ill and patients with late stage cancer with an integrated approach in medical service, rehabilitation, infirmary care service and spiritual ministry.
Through a quality medical and nursing team, state of the art care facilities and a tranquil environment, the Centre aims at bringing comfort, dignity and peace to the residents in face of physical illnesses and even death.
The six-storey Holistic Care Centre is operated on a not-for-profit, self-financing model. Other than the two spacious clinical floors, the Centre is also well equipped with a beautiful roof garden, integrated rehabilitation centre, patient activity centre, music therapy room, art therapy room, chapel and last offices facility. The service characteristics are as follows:
A multi-disciplinary health-care team is led by specialist Geriatrics and Palliative Care physicians and nurses……
Thank the Lord for leading us through the “Highs and Lows” of these years, and using our centre to serve more than 2,600 terminally ill patients, including over 500 beneficiaries of Relief and Charity Bed Service and Sandwich Class Bed programs, helping them walked through their last journey on earth without regret, and testify the wonder of “Respecting life, Impacting life”.
In the past, with the grace of God, I believed in God’s protection and guidance, and continued to seek God’s will, the service will be able to continuously improve and fulfill our mission.
We sincerely invite everyone to pray for the future service development of SASHCC, remind each other, support each other, and let our work be a blessing to more patients in need!
