Long Term Care Package

This service is designed for individuals who are frail, require long-term care, or suffer from multiple chronic illnesses, including those in need of respite care service.

• Room charge, meals, laundry service
• 2 medical rounds by resident physician per month
• Personal care (e.g. monitoring vital signs, shower, etc.)
• Basic nursing procedures & related consumables, including: incontinence care (excluding diapers), blood glucose monitoring, simple dressing, eye swabbing, tube feeding care, mouth care, colostomy care, empty bedside urine bag, CPAP care
• Handling of own drugs
• Emotional support for primary caregivers
• Psychosocial & spiritual care and social activities for residents
