24-hour Specialist-led Medical and Nursing Care

A multi-disciplinary health-care team led by specialist Geriatrics and Palliative Care physicians and nurses provides 24-hour medical and nursing care and comprehensive assessment for patients. The residents could receive timely, effective and quality medical care and symptom control with daily ward rounds by the doctors. This will help to minimize unnecessary transfer to A & E Department and acute hospitals. Patients could have the choice and security to receive holistic care at the Centre to the end of their journeys on earth.

High Grade Medical Care Facility

The medical care facility and equipments are adequate for many special medical and nursing procedures, including intravenous infusion and continuous subcutaneous analgesia management, central venous catheters care, parenteral nutrition, peritoneal dialysis, pleural and abdominal tapping, tracheotomy care, high flow oxygen and non-invasive ventilation etc.

Integrated psychological, social and spiritual care

Weekly worship for the residents in the wards and monthly Holy Communion service – The full time chaplains, together with social worker, psychological counselor and the team of dedicated nursing staff provide in depth psychosocial and spiritual care through a Christ-Centred model. The aim is to help people to encounter God and experience inner healing and spiritual renewal.
