Under the care team led by specialist physicians and nurses in geriatrics and palliative care, patients are provided with 24-hour professional and holistic care. Daily ward round by physicians (except holidays) ensures timely and effective symptom control and quality medical care.
The Centre is equipped with various facilities to cater for special medical needs of patients, including intravenous drip and injection (e.g. antibiotics), pleural and abdominal tapping, high-flow oxygen, chest therapy and tracheotomy care etc.
Based on a Christ-centered healing model and in collaboration with the medical and nursing teams, our chaplains and social workers regularly visit and comfort patients and their families, facilitating their encounter with God conducive to spiritual renewal and inner healing.
